Therapy, Our Way.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you. Parker joins us too, with tail wags, gentle nudges, and the occasional stick he’s absolutely certain will help.
Sometimes therapy looks like settling into a cozy space. Other times it means walking through the woods or pausing by the water to breathe. Wherever we meet, this work is grounded and real. We don’t skim the surface, and we don’t pretend the hard parts aren’t there.
I bring warmth, humour, and honesty into the room, and I also don’t shy away from digging deep. I’ll ask hard questions. I’ll gently name what might be getting avoided. I’ll stay with you when things feel messy, tender, uncomfortable, or confronting. This kind of therapy is real and human, and it asks something of both of us.
Healing isn’t quick or tidy. It takes safety, connection, and a willingness to show up, even when it’s hard. Wherever you are, we start there, and we keep going together. Parker will be right alongside us, likely cheering you on with a goofy grin and a leaf stuck to his face.
This Might Be Your Space If…
You’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or just not quite yourself
You’re moving through grief, change, or a hard season of life
You want support that feels less clinical and more connected
You’ve been the strong one for too long and need somewhere to fall apart
You’re neurodivergent, bicultural, or navigating identity questions and want to feel seen
You like the idea of therapy that includes nature, movement, or the comfort of a floppy dog
You’re curious about healing, even if you’re not sure where to start
Not sure if therapy’s your thing, or just want to make sure we’re a good fit?
Totally get it. That’s why I offer a free 20 minute consult.
